<p>I'm hoping this can be a thread that we can use to share experiences of concentrations within the field. 'International Affairs' is broad, but in terms of becoming an expert, or career opportunities, apparently tehre's a world of difference between the various concentrations.</p>
<p>It's not like Public Policy which is just....Public Policy. Or an MBA which is just...an MBA.</p>
<p>Anyway, I'm hoping for example things like the differences between Development and Economics, or between Communication and Journalism (these two are tough ones for me, anyone able to define the difference?) can be shared.</p>
<p>Field: Description, potential places of employment, best schools for THAT concentration.</p>
