For leadership should I only mention activities/volunteering that I hold leadership in?

Or all of the relevant ones. I’ve done a lot of extraciricular stuff but only hold leadership in 2 of them. Would I only mention those 2 on the common app and other apps or should I include all of them

I’d put them all. Put the leadership EC’s first. You only have space for ten so choose wisely.

rule of thumb: list activities in order of importance to you. Even if you had a seeming high ldrshp role, place them accordingly. For instance, this is perfectly acceptable

Soccer: JV 9,10, Varsity 11, 12
NHS 11, 12 (secretary)
French club 10 (President), 11, 12

Even though this hypothetical student was the French club president during her sophomore year, her sport was more meaningful to her – even though there was no “leadership” per se. But it clearly conveys to the reader what interested her the most. Nothing wrong with this at all.
