<p>Staring is not the end-all indicator, but it is a pretty good one. I.e., if a girl is staring, she most likely likes you. But if she is not, she may or may not like you (she could have a bad viewing position). I definitely have a habit of staring at guys I like. 
I try really hard to treat them the same as everyone else, but sometimes the staring happens anyway.</p>
<p>It could also mean they’re a stalker, or just formulating ideas in their mind of how to kill you.</p>

If he’s naturally hot, I study his face like it’s a work of art. :p</p>

<p>Girls tend to be pretty obvious about who they like. It was obvious that my girlfriend liked me because of how nice she started being (and she started talking to me all the time).</p>
<p>Shy girls are easy. They will be extremely nervous around you and probably stutter, look down, and blush a lot. </p>
<p>Outgoing and talkative girls are tougher to figure out. They are nice and friendly to lots of people so generally you have to look for other signs like touch and the occasional stare.</p>
<p>you honestly can “just tell” for the most part. ill have trouble with girls that i don’t know/are in my circle that i feel like me, i don’t know what to do to escalate it to that level or to start hanging out with them. hopefully ill stop being a girl myself in that area…</p>
