<p>This is for people accepted ED. What all have you recieved by mail from NYU(not e-mail)? So far all I have recieved is the original acceptance packet from mid-December. </p>
<p>I sent out my AFCOE around 20th March, ( I am an Int'l) and there's around a 3-4 week period after which they send you your I-20. So that's fine but I assumed that I would recieve mail about some stuff around now like housing and the roomate survey. So have you guys recieved any stuff by post???</p>
<p>Like nothing...one regular sized letter saying "keep up the grades" another maybe last week with sign on instructions for NYU.edu and instructions on the housing form (online, ED kids get preference). There are references to "roomate questionnaires" but I guess they go online later in the Spring. Other than that NOTHING. SOmeone on CC mentioned the summer orienation sessions (there was a link) but it was the first time I've heard about those!!!!</p>

<p>CAS, one of the previous posts had a link. There are like 5 3-day weekend options, staying at Hayden. They start like the third week of June...I get nervous the only way I'm finding out about these things is CC</p>

<p>Has anyone gotten a financial aid packet? Someone in my class already got one, but nothing came for me. =/ I'm GSP, but applied to CAS.</p>
<p>Nickel, didn't apply for financial aid so I don't know...you apply ED, cause I would have thought that would have come eons ago (I think the RD kids have financial info cause there are recent posts on the topic. Call the bursar. Z2632-call the university if you can (they make it impossible to even find the number) YOU DID send in the check for deposit/housing the week or two after you were accepted right? (like $700). Did it clear (if so, that's a good sign) Check it out</p>
<p>I haven't sent in a deposit. I want to compare NYU's aid to Boston U's. =/ I don't want to be hasty. Though, my friend didn't make a deposit and got his aid. I sent in all my forms...</p>
<p>nickel Xenon why don't you call the financial aid office to check on the status of your award package? I think that will only be the way to find out soon.</p>
