for people who got in/currently attend/know someone who got in...

what are the "worst" stats of people you know that got in?? by "in" i mean HYPS and top 15.

why do i have a feeling that a common reply will be:

4.7 unweighted, 7.3 weighted gpa
15 years of piano violin and cello
leader and starter of 10 clubs
sat 1600, 800, 800, 790 (amazing he still got in)
living by himself and working at mcdonalds for rent
orphan
has cancer

maybe thats a little bit exaggerated (as in exaggerated less)

HYPS? Top 15? Which one is it?

it all depends on your situation

even with uber perfect stats admission is not guaranteed

your chances are boosted however, if you're a legacy(35% higher chances) or if your last name is fitzsimmons, Summers, etc etc
