I rushed my November SAT scores to princeton (my ED school). On the collegeboard website under summary of sent scores it says the official report was sent on December 1st. I received a score report in the mail today with my scores, but it has the December 1st postmarked stamp on the envelope. Did the collegeboard make a mistake and send ME the official report instead of princeton, or does the collegeboard send a report to BOTH the school and to me? I've never rushed score reports before, and I really REALLY need princeton to see these scores before they make their decision...

bump......

Why don't you call collegeboard to find out?

Call College Board. Don't rely on any other form of communication. If they made a mistake it needs to be corrected right away. If they rushed the scores as you intended, you'll be relieved to have that information right away.

You can also check with Princeton to see if they have gotten all your materials. That's probably a good idea, anyway.

My child sent scores the end of September for November 1 EAs, by October 26th, I had a bad feeling, and I checked up on the schools. They had NOT received the scores (five schools involved). We are talking at least four weeks without scores being sent. Needless to say, I then had to rush them (after about two hours on the phone). Never trust anyone or anything.
