<p>I've skimmed through some posts on this board, and haven't seen anything about this program. You need to be living in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, and the application process is very competitive.</p>
<p>My child was in the program this summer, and it has been a fantastic experience. Each participant will be presenting a project this Friday (7/27/12), and the presentation is open to the public. If anyone is interested please PM me and I'll point you to the information on the STARS website. It would be a great chance to meet the kids and perhaps some of the people who were managing the program this summer.</p>
<p>The program is open to rising seniors only, and there is no cost.</p>
