should i send any supplemental stuff to them? I sent my research that is going to be published and my photography portfolio.

gpa and sats just a tad low

Ur family legacy should help quite a bit... and ur stats look fine. I think u a fair chance of getting in! Best of luck!!! :):):)

Ur family legacy should help quite a bit... and ur stats look OK :). I think u a fair chance of getting in! Best of luck!!! What other univ. are you looking at?

sry...didn't mean to post twice. Ignore the first one.

bump..................

Like others said your SAT score is a tad low (Try to improve the overall score by 100-200).

I'd say your GPA is fine, the IB Classes will definitely help. Send supplemental materials by all chance. The fact that your a South Asian might hurt (I'm guessing your SAT scores aren't comparable to the other South Asians/or just Asians who apply to Cornell). Definitely apply for ED (if your Cornell is your DREAM university)

i thought the legacy only mattered in ED? meh, everything else is fine, just the SATs... retake if you're a sophmore/junior right now definitely.

Wait, your aunt count’s as legacy? I thought it was only parents and grandparents who are considered…hmmm

well she was the one who really inspired me to apply. so i listed her name in one of the questions
