for the lucky ones

hi guys. as a reject who is already almost over it, i am working really hard toward my second choice: brown. would you guys like to read my essay and maybe help me figure out what went wrong, or show me yours? and again, congratulations.

hi ashley, GL with your brown applicaton. I'm not a great essay critic but I'll have a look at your essay. I hope you can get into Brown during RD round, and thanks for the support you've been providing for other columbia EDers. all the best wishes .

ps feel free to pm me any time.

yeah, i was just thinking randomly... brown's a GREAT school... if you get in, you might forget about columbia completely. (only an assumption) if i didn't get into columbia, brown would have been right there behind it on my list.

one thing: seems to me kind of like columbia and brown are opposite in some ways. brown lets you design your own education, and columbia forces a core curriculum on you that dominates a third of your education. doesnt mean you can't love both.

i'll look at your essay

You need to work hard on ALL of your applications. Brown and Columbia are smiliarly hard to get into. Don't just focus on one school.

i'll read your essay for you, pm me!

ashley! feed me your essay!!!!!
