For Those Accepted ED: Any Regrets

Harvard doesn’t have an undergraduate business school. It can’t compare with Wharton because you learn about alchemy like process of determining future market trends, not statistically and financially sound hedging strategy.

I’ll echo that if you want bragging rights, apply HYP. If you want a solid, fun Ivy League school, Penn is for you.

Hey Necrophiliac you mean to say Wharton doesnt give you bragging rights?

Umm hello, Penn not having bragging rights? It’s UPENN for goodness sakes. An Ivy League school, one of the top schools in the country, no matter which undergraduate college you’re in. Maybe I just feel this way because everyone in my family has gone to public universities/noncompetitive local universities (and saved a whole lot of money by doing so) but come ON! If you feel like you won’t have bragging rights, please don’t apply to Penn early because people with that kind of attitude bring the entire school down. And I happen to really like Penn, and if I happen to be accepted, I don’t want to go to a wonderful university with classmates who look down on it because its not Harvard.
