<p>I want to send mine but I am having computer difficulties.</p>
<p>Is this going to count against me in terms of acceptance chances if they cant place my face with app? I want to do everything to help my chances so will sending a picture help?</p>

<p>i sent one. if i were you i'd just put it in the postal mail and write "photograph enclosed" on the envelope.</p>
<p>As it is optional, if it arrives a day or two late it is clearly not a problem.</p>
