For those accepted who plan on attending..

What do you wanna major in? What open house, if any, do you plan to attend? and Where do you wanna live?

International Studies w/ W.P. Carey Program in Entrepreneurship & Management
April 12 or 19, still deciding
Alumni Memorial II looks cool from what the red book says, but idk yet until i recieve my packet in the mail

BME... April 18th (overnight) 19th (open house)... currently leaning towards Bldg. A/B but not sure yet...housing is the main reason why i am attending open house

Majoring in Neuroscience/Philosophy, attending the open house on the 19th, and most likely rooming with kam in the AMR A/B building :)

still undecided where to go though...before the decision day, was worrying where can i get in, now where should i go? College decision processs still a dread for me.

I'm definately going.
Torn between: Neuroscience and Public Health (both sound VERY interesting but I have zero experience whatsoever in either.) and Biophysics (which is meh for me, but I heard it was good).

Everyone so far has said 19th, so that has my vote. I just gotta figure out how to get there.

Either A/B or Wolman (is this possible for freshmen? In anycase, when dorms close on holidays it'll be very inconvenient to keep traveling to and from California, so I was suggested to stay in a "vacation dorm" {??} )

I'm really looking forward to meeting all of you :D

major: neuroscience premed
hopefully live in A/B
open house date: ???

Major: Public Health
Housing: Probably A/B
No open house for me, I've already missed too much school this semester due to illness :(

is that it for us definite hokinians?

i'm planning to go on the 19th... so far amr II for me.

Just a reminder: you can't choose which AMR you're assigned to. It's a random tossup between I / II. They're both basically the same, II is a little newer and has better amenities (mailroom, Terrace is right there) and I is a little prettier on the outside, and has a LOT of lounge / hang out space.

o i'm going for substance freeeeee..... hmmmm.... or should i?

Major: Biomolecular Engineering
Housing: Hopefully A/B
No open house, ty

i'm thinking of dropping computer engineering and going into biochemistry.

i dont think I aspire to be an engineer anymore.

Major: A double major in neuroscience and chemistry would be cool. On their website, I don't see a biochemistry major offered, does anyone know if it's possible to create one?

Housing: Whatever they give me I suppose

Open House: I'm going on the 19th, and hopefully, I'll be able to take an overnight trip on the 18th.

Major: English and IR.
Open House: April 19th
Housing: Right now I am leaning towards A/B, but I won't send in my forms until after the open house.

See you there!

Major: Prob Neurosci + Classics/Philosophy/Music.. whatever floats my boat.. i'll flip coins to see which subject i minor in
Housing: A/B... from what i hear its got better rep
Open House: Cant make it to open house or asian perspectives so im gonna go on my own visit after AP exams. I'll take a weekend off to meet w/ the JHU crew. I'll prob phone them ahead of time to see if it works out or not.

i wish i could attend an open house...unfortunately im intl...

i tried one of those online open houses...but just missed it cos daylight savings had ended the previous day...:(

"Cant make it to open house or asian perspectives"

wth is wrong w/ jhu? i never got any info on this asian perspectives weekend, and i dont believe any of my Indian friends did... are they like the rest of america thinking only 'oriental' people are asian?

hey dawg, whens this asian perspectives weekend? and what is it?

seems like you didnt get any info either tam, that is really weird
