<p>Sure. 2320 single-sitting SAT, 4.18 UCGPA. plenty of leadership, awards, etc.</p>

<p>2290 SAT I, 2340 SAT II, decent GPA, probably just a bit over 4 (i got invited for UCSD’s medical scholars program so I know my UC GPA is at least a t.0), some minor awards, some interesting ECs</p>

Not many EC’s though (NHS, couple of clubs, one local science fair award), which is why I was surprised I got into the Honors Program.</p>

<p>3.95 UC GPA, 2170 SAT I (single sitting), 2210 SAT IIs, minor awards, lots of ECs with leadership. Not the best stats, I know so I’m assuming it was my essays that made the difference.</p>

<p>^I don’t think so. My stats are up to par to the ones above and I didn’t hear anything from bio sciences…</p>

<p>Right. So are my D’s and she was in the very 1st batch of students to be accepted. UCI’s Honors Program looks great, and it might be a strong alternative to UCB-- which I think she has a very good chance of getting accepted into, and is her 1st choice for CA publics.</p>

<p>@ilovepandapanda: what kind of dance do you do? i’ve been doing indian classical dance for 8 years. (not really related to honors program… just curious ;))</p>

<p>@canindian: i do contemporary chinese dance and classical chinese dance. yay for ethnic dancing! haha. i’ve been dancing for 13+ years with a studio. and at school i do lyrical, jazz, and hip hop.</p>

<p>that so cool that you do indian dance! i have a couple friends who do that and they’re choreographing a bollywood piece for our dance concert and i’m actually in it haha</p>
