<p>Yeah, UW is partially rolling. They accept a few "top" people between December and March, but most people won't know their decisions until late March or April.</p>
<p>^ Not necessarily "top" people. It's pretty random. I know people with lower stats than me (across the board--ECs, GPA, test scores, everything) who applied after me and have already been accepted.</p>

<p>Well it's different in-state seeing as Washington wants to accept its own kids. They're a state university after all.
Did you apply before the priority? That may be a factor too, if you did and your friends didn't.</p>

<p>Eh, "top" is how some people describe it. Maybe it's a combination of "top" + state of residence + first initial of last name. Something arbitrary, yet makes sense. Anyhow. I'm OOS, applied priority, and was accepted late December.</p>
<p>D got her decision around 12/1, applied in late October if memory serves me right. She is OOS with solid but not spectacular stats, decent essays and ECs.</p>

<p>I'm from Arizona, which is kind of like Colorado (smaller state, about the same geography, couple of big cities, etc.) I've been accepted, so you should probably be accepted soon if you haven't already been.</p>
