which textbook do u guys use in your class for ap us history and psychology? im actually self-studying them and im planning to buy a textbook & a prep book. thanks~

ap us we use the american pagent

same here, american pageant.

American History: a survey.

P.S. as far as prep books go, I recommend AMSCO for U.S. and Barrons for psychology.

the american pagent sucks..its ultra biased....i dont think anyone can pass with that book.

American History: A Survey.

biased in what way?

The American People: Creating A Nation and a Society
Fifth Edition

APUSH = The Unfinished Nation: A Concise History of the American People

Took Psychology at school last year, and used:
Psychology in Action, 7th Edition, by Karen Huffman

It's actually a REALLY good book, covering (in my opinion) everything on the AP exam. Although some of the terminologies used were different. Slightly more than 600 pages and actually really fun to read....although it's a bit heavy to lug around.

And here's the cover of the textbook

American Pageant. Yes it's biased, but heck, who cares if it prepares you for a 5?
