<p>Burbank would be further from UCLA then LAX... However Burbank is a much smaller airport, and generally a lot less stressful then dealing with LAX.</p>
<p>LAX really isn't that bad. If you take supershuttle, they'll tell you when they'll pick you up based on your flight number. And there's a lot more flights leaving from LAX. I really don't recommend taking Blue Bus TO LAX, you never know what might happen. You can take it on the way back, since time won't matter too much.</p>

<p>I always take the Big Blue Bus (route #3) to LAX, because the price can't be beat ($0.25 during the school year if you show your Bruin Card). It takes about 45 minutes to get there, but I leave much earlier than that, in case of traffic and other complications.</p>

<p>flights for christmas break are waaay cheaper right now, so for those that do fly home should book them asap...the costs doubles if you wait until the last minute</p>
<p>i dunno - i booked a flight the day before new years eve to New York, only 7 hours before the flight left (seriously, the flight left at 8am and I bought my ticket online at 1am haha), and I got a great deal :) I think it was $320 round trip</p>
