Chose Penn over both Cornell and Dartmouth. My primary reason was the "one university" concept; I can take classes from any of Penn's undergraduate schools, and in some cases from the graduate ones as well. There is more freedom to truly craft my own undergraduate education. Also, I like the social atmosphere and the urban location. So far I have absolutely no regrets.

Because Harvard is overrated.
Because Dartmouth is too small and in the middle of nowhere
Because Cornell is too big and in the middle of nowhere, and sucks.

But nonabsolute's reasons were good too :-D

You'll find that highly qualified undergrads can usually get involved with a lot of grad things as well at Penn.
