<p>Apollo, what does in the process mean? It's one e-mail. Why wait any longer than you need to? At the very least it's making the admissions committees to more work than they need to. At the most it might lessen someone else’s chances of acceptance. (By the way, I did get in to the college of my choice.)</p>

<p>baklava, I am actually a foreign extemper, and I did CX my soph year and now a little bit of PF 'cause CX drives me insane. That pretty much puts TOC out of the picture, but I started in 10th grade and went to nationals both years. Last year, I was region champ and 2nd at state. 1,200+ NFL points... And I volunteered at nationals the year before, did the whole People Speak thing, and taught elementary debate. Lots of service and leadership... I think that made up for my min. business ECs!</p>
