<p>I have a feeling this is false, i dont think this is how they actually do it. I think this is how berkeley wants people to think they do it.</p>

<p>watching that was really frightening for me. it's scary to imagine a group of people discussing what I look like on paper...</p>

Berkeley doesnt care about roundedness. They want someone with high interest in one subject area.
Keep in mind that the video was made in 1999.</p>
