for those who took the new SAT in march do you guys know what specific math topics one should study?

I’m in a real bind I dont know if I’m studying the right stuff for preparation of the SAT or not could someone help me with this I’m not asking for specific answers just math topics like which math topics will appear the most on the new sat.

There’s isn’t really anything new except for taking the sine/cosine/tangent of an angle and converting from radians to degrees. That’s how it was on the march test at least. All the things that the old sat had( equations of circles, exponent rules, ratios, probability, etc) were also on it.

Wait should I know how to find radians? Is that frequent on the test?

The College Board endorses Khan Academy and that’s the only study aid my daughter used. She felt very well prepared. I would say try out their SAT prep and you’ll know what math topics to expect.

Now most of this stuff you should have / be learning in Algebra 2. (IDK about your school, but at mine, we finished most of this list in geometry). Google everything on this list that you aren’t familiar with. Then use Khan Academy to study and practice the skill . Because Khan academy’s level 4 problems will make the actual SAT look SUPER EASY!!! Promise!
