For those who took the SAT II in Biology or US History today

Can you share how you prepared (which prep books you used, if you took the corresponding AP/IB class)?

What would you have done differently to prepare, if you had to redo it?

Thank you ^___^

Bio:
-Barons sat 2 Bio (good in depth review of the material)
-Princeton Review Sat 2 Bio (good for getting the basic idea of concepts and it does cover a few things better than the Barons)

US hist:
-Amsco AP US History (by far the best book for U.S. history AP or sat 2)
-Crash course in U.S history (nice quick review that can be read in one day and contained four quotes that were directly on the jan. 28 test)
-kaplan apush note cards (I only went through once or twice the day before; they were pretty good)
-REA sat 2 us history (used for practice tests even though they were harder than the real one)

Take TONS of practice tests/real or fake just seeing questions and themes you are not totally sure about helps

I hope this is what you were looking for

BTW i am just in a normal us history (although at top private school) and have only been taking us for 1 semester

Just so you know i did score highly on the bio (took last may) and am expecting to score highly on the US

Good Luck

Thank you x 100  That was super specific and just what I hoped someone could provide. Thanks again!
