for transfer students: which liberal arts&uni don't require h.s. transcripts?

I used to live in New York and attended two high schools there and had a successful four years. But, some unfortunate events happened and I moved to Oregon with my mom. I'm currently attending a community college and am planning on filling out undergraduate transfer apps in the fall of 2007. Part of me doesn't want to bother with calling up my former high schools and ask them to send out official transcripts BUT i probably will have to in the end. Do any of you know of any top colleges that don't require secondary school transcripts if the person has completed four full semesters of credit at another institution?

so far i've dug up:
-UC Berkeley/UCLA/UCSD...
-bard college
-pitzer college
-university of minnesota
-university of maryland at college park

are there others?

thanks!

isnt there a website that can access your school's transcripts and send it to any college for a small charge?

if you are a current freshman at your community college and are looking to transfer for fall 2007, then most colleges will require your high school transcripts because you have not built up much of a track record in college.

If you stay at your community college and finish the degree, then your prospective colleges will simply look at the work you have done in college.
