Will this cause my application to fall under suspicion. I’m going to send all my scores for the SAT (which they require) but I forgot to self report one of them. Is this something that will hinder my chances of getting in. Please help I’m freaking out right now. This is for the University of California application.

No big deal. You can call, but what you should do is send the missing information in an email so they can add it to your file and the documentation is all there. A phone call could get lost if whoever takes the call doesn’t get the info to the correct file or gives you misinformation (which can happen at this time of year when the office is flooded and lots of newbies are handling the incoming phone calls.)
