How would my child upload a link for a video she will make for the “Your Space” part of the Vassar Common Application The upload is only 2000K, so are people uploading a link to a Google Drive folder? (Or YouTube?, but my daughter does not have a YouTube Channel)
How would you upload that link? A .pdf file with the link typed out?
Any help appreciated!
@DeliberateMomof3 - We did a YouTube link and I’m sure it’s easy to create a channel. However, I would think a Google drive link would also be fine. You just type out the link in the space on the application.
@elena13 , if I recall the application had you upload a file, not type an answer. How did you get the link in there? Would you upload a .pdf of a Word Document that had the link written out?
Sorry for the delay @DeliberateMomof3 . I know we uploaded files for some other applications but I’m pretty sure we were able to use a youtube link for Vassar’s last year. Maybe they have changed the format? I would e-mail or call admissions. But I do think that uploading a file that had the link typed out would be ok. I know all this stuff is stressful and so time-consuming!
