For Yale/Stanford, what else besides high GPA and LSAT?

<p>So I have read numerous times that Harvard and other law schools mostly care about numbers, but not YLS or SLS.</p>

<p>Then, what do Yale and Standford look at?</p>

<p>Personal statement and recommendations?
What kind of ECs would be good enough for them? Rhodes scholar-scale ECs? I mean... it's 'Yale' and 'Standford'. </p>
