Forbes's College List

America's Best Colleges - Forbes.com

This is ridiculous. Berkeley is not in the top 5 public colleges in America. Wellesley is above MIT. Why am I annoyed?

Wait a second. Berkeley is not in the top 50 colleges.

I hate these lists. It just adds extra unneeded pressure, and poor ways of helping students choose schools.

It's obvious that we "hate" these lists, but I mean ... some degree of decency is necessary. This list makes NO sense at all.

They obviously don't know colleges as well as U.S. News. Centre and Wabash colleges at 12 and 13 respectively? Is this some kind of a sick joke?? I've never heard of those colleges, so they definitely can't be THAT good.

I'm disgusted by this list...only five Ivy League schools are in the top 50! That's blasphemy.

Um, what's with all the army and navy schools in the top 5 public schools? That list is an absolute joke.

Go Princeton! :D

MIT is number 14 lol.

UMich is 161? WTH?

I think it's stupid that this school called Wabash above the best engineering school in the world.

Umm. Stanford is number 23. HAHA.

Yeah, well I think it is REDONKULOUS.

Sorry.

Cornell College is ranked 50 places higher than Cornell University.

What are these rankings based on?

I have no clue what these things are based on. I'm so annoyed about Cal not being in the top 100. Sarah Lawrence College? Sorry. Redonkulous is a great word man ... don't sweat it.

This list...has given me inspiration.

Any list without Harvard and Stanford being in the top 5 = made of fail.

^ Harvard was in the top 5.

But UC Berkeley #73? Carnegie Mellon #266?
I am annoyed.

I said "and." Lol l2read.

^ Oops, sorry. :)

Forbes is pretty good at trolling.

hahaha...that's a funny list.

stanford is so much better than 19 of the 22 schools it got ranked below -_-
the only ones i can think of right now that aren't completely worse are obviously princeton, colum and harvard.
and it could still be ranked above them :P

and carngie mellon's a good place. so is berkeley. rawr
