@nocrackup what exactly is their “generous early award program”!?

Sorry wrong thread

@lizzie44 - There was this paper on filing the FAFSA for us if we have some information ready and giving us early estimate by Feb!? I thought it was nice of them! :)

I just saw it! Haha I’m so excited, if I get into George Washington I’m going to have such a hard time choosing where to go!
Nocrackup- which campus did you get into? I got in at Lincoln center fyi

congrats lizzie… i got in to Lincoln center as well… whats your major?

@lizzie44 - I got into Rose Hill! I’m excited as well!

My S was accepted to Fordham Rose Hill and received his letter on Sat, Dec 18. He received the NM Semifinalist Scholarship which covers full tuition for 4 years. Hoping for some extra scholarships to cover housing costs. He is graduating from a performing arts high school in Houston. His desire is to study both engineering and dance, but was told that he could not study another major if he was accepted into the Ailey/Fordham program…so, he just applied to Fordham and is looking into the 3-2 program with Columbia Engineering and dance at Barnard. He has a 2210 SAT with 800 in CR and 740 in Math. SAT Subject Tests were Math2-800, Chemistry-770, Biology(M)-760. Also accepted into the dance program and university at Arizona and SMU. Applying to Juilliard, OU, Stanford, Columbia, and Johns Hopkins.

D received acceptance letter but no mention of FA. Does that mean we don’t get anything?

Don’t worry, financial aid is NOT included in acceptances. Some scholarships (semifinalist and some dean’s) are, but there will be more offered after the RD round when they can assess all their admitted students.

Thank you, BillyMc. I was beginning to worry. She really likes the school but paying full tuition is not an option.

accepted from MD friday. so happy :)
