Look at the February graduation list. Many of those, but not all, are people who finished in less than 4 years. My kid finished a semester early but walked in May with her class. She was not alone. Takes HARD work, focus and careful planning. It can be done.

I know it’s a great way to save money, but I can’t imagine my daughter graduating early, there are just too many classes she wants to take.

Could anyone shed some light on club sports at Fordham, particularly men’s soccer?

I see that it exists, but I am wondering about competitiveness, time, cost.

I just received a likely letter! :)

It was actually an email and actually more than likely.

I also just received a likely letter! Wow, I can’t tell if it’s real or not, but I think it is? :D

high five

Congratulations, nikoru!

I applied to Northeastern, College of New Jersey, Baruch Macaulay, NYU, University of Virginia, and a couple of safeties. Wow this is so weird, being accepted (kind of? haha)!

What about you JuniorMint?

And congrats to you too! :)

I listed my schools on the previous page. :)

Maybe I will see you at Northeastern, Fordham, or UVA. Lol, I actually thought likely letters would be letters.

So, which school do you want to attend?

I’m still not sure! I really do like all the schools I applied to, but the amount of money I receive will play a big factor in my decision, so I have to see. And you? Your stats are amazing btw, hope you get that full ride to Fordham !

I was just offered admittance, ah I’m so excited! Good luck to everyone else who applied, I’m sure you’ll all get good news!

DS just received an accepted email. So exciting!

got an email saying acceptance. does anyone know when or how I can find out about merit scholarships? particularly the national hispanic scholarship

I’ve received no such e-mail from Fordham . Did you all apply early decision? I applied early action and was told decision letters would be sent out in late December.

Just received an acceptance email! Ahhhh! this is awesome!

I applied Early Action, but from what I’ve heard, these emails are selective and for the applicants that Fordham really wants (as for any school that gives them).

My daughter, or actually I (for some reason), received an email this evening. She is very excited, but the cost is a huge issue. But to give everyone hope…I have been on these sites recently (without posting) scaring myself because of all the impressive stats. Her GPA weighted is 3.73, UW 3.6 (?). 2 AP classes Senior year and 6 Honors classes in all. SATs 1800 and essay was creative. Her activities ranged from NHS, Volleyball 4 years, Theatre 4 years, UVa writing camp, Girl Scout Silver award and GS camp counselor and a few others. I think her recs were good b/c she has to work very hard to get the grades she does…minor working memory challenge (but did not include that in app). Congrats to everyone here and good luck to others.

Applied Nov 1 and received acceptance today. Waiting for merit aid. Congrats to everyone.

i also got my early bird acceptance notification today! does anyone know when we find out about national merit semifinalist full tuition scholarships? does it come with our formal acceptance letter in december?

I have also been notified of acceptance today. My question is this-- what are our chances of receiving merit aid since we are apparently Fordham’s best applicants? What are our chances of being accepted to honors programs?

Should I be expecting some sort of merit aid? Or is that still reserved for an even smaller sub group of applicants?
