<p>bahrun…you are a great fit for Fordham. Its plenty rigorous and a lot of fun. BC has much better sports, but otherwise, Fordham is a great school in a great location. Good people there. Check out the faculty…their credentials online. Check out the programs. There are many honors programs at Fordham and some intriguing interdisciplinary programs…even in CBA. There are a lot of kids at Fordham with stats like yours. You will be plenty challenged. Congratulations and welcome!</p>

<p>I am so sorry javaid. You have good scores, just not uber high. Fordham is getting extremely competitive. 5 years ago you would have been a lock. Not now. Send a NICE letter telling them that if you are taken off the waitlist you will come and how badly you want to come and why. But I also have to tell you, the chances are slim because the numbers are so ridiculously competitive…and Fordham had more kids accept their offers last year than they anticipated…causing a housing crisis. </p>
<p>Where else did you apply? I would like to encourage you. (It hurts, I know. Been there with my kid 3 years ago.)</p>
<p>I applied to RIT adelphi baruch IUB and hofstra, thats about it and i got into all of them. IUB is my top choice after fordham so i might go their as its a a very competitive business and i want to major in finance.
The housing crisis at fordham wont apply to me as i live 45 mins away so i dont plan on applying for housing their.</p>
