A counselor we know said that but I cant imagine it would be this early …esp since they extended deadline to 11/8…and prob got way more applications this year
The website still says that we will get our decision notification BY December 20th. That means that we would get it by the 20th at the latest. It is very possible that we could get decisions this week.
Thank you! Early Action for the Rose Hill Campus, major in Film and Television. It came through email, they said the portal will be updated later in the month.
My daughter got an email yesterday with her acceptance, with an invite to a reception in Boston next week. She was very excited. Is there any benefit to attending the reception do you think? I’m wondering if it could impact merit aid to show interest.
Curious if any of the acceptances were for theater majors who auditioned this past weekend. They said admission decisions wouldn’t be made until after February 1 for theater, but I guess you never know!
My daughter sent in her application mid October. The email said it was an early notification of her acceptance in order to invite her to the reception in Boston, and her official acceptance would be in the portal in mid -December.
I have read in threads from past years that students near the site of a special reception they do for admitted students will receive a letter early telling them that they will be admitted later in the month. Since all the reports here are from Massachusetts and Boston is the site of one of the receptions, I’m guessing this is the reason some have heard early. For those of us far away (we are in Texas), I don’t believe that not receiving a letter has any meaning.
Hey everyone! I’m not sure if this is an indicator of an acceptance, but I was sent an email from Fordham with my Fordham ID and portal asking to do some stuff for financial aid? I don’t know if everyone got that email or if it was just students who were accepted.
