<p>How strong is Fordham's communications program? if I wanted to go into journalism and be a foreign correspondent, do you think Fordham would be a good choice for me?</p>

<p>I believe communications is one of the biggest majors at Fordham, at both campuses. But really, what’s more important when you’re a communications major is the internships you can get in the city. I would say that you could major in whatever you felt like, and journalism would still be a viable career, based solely on internships, or extracurriculars.</p>
<p>Thank you. I really want to go to NYU but I stumbled across Fordham a week or so ago because I really want to go to college in NYC and it seems like a really good school. I am just concerned that since I can’t actually major in Journalism, that Communications degree might not actually be sufficient enough for what I want to do with my my life.</p>
