<p>I just called financial aid as well and they told me that it should be viewable online next week and mailed out next week… Just wondering though, did anyone on here receive a financial aid package yet?</p>
<p>so does fordham not give out any scholarships? what is the deal with that? would it should the scholarship when financial aid is viewable?</p>
<p>I also just called the fordham financial aid office and was told that I should be notified of my awards in the next week or so. The person I was talking to also said that it will be viewable online at myfordham before receiving the package in the mail</p>

<p>A Fordham Identification Number (FIDN) just popped up in my My Fordham account. Very strange. I am an LC applicant and haven’t heard back yet. I wonder what that means…?</p>

<p>if you try to login to my.fordham, there is a link under the login screen that says click on here to received your applicant ID, click it, fill out the missing info, and it will give you your ID. mine was just my first initial and then my last name, but you have to make yourself a password!</p>

and also for those who want to view financial aid/scholarships… are they going to announce merit awards and stuff on myfordham soon?</p>

<p>Brandon, I was accepted to Fordham over a month agp and have the FIDN box on my.fordham now too. However, it did just appear for me a couple days ago so I do not know if this signifies your acceptance or not. Although, it seems pretty unlikely that Fordham would give you an ID number if you weren’t accepted. Best of luck.</p>

<p>Srivera, sorry I did not have that problem so I don’t how to help you. Try going into your browser options and deleting the cookies and then try logging in again. If that does not work, again go into your browser options and play with your privacy settings to allow cookies from more websites.</p>
<p>Do people really think that the FIDN means that you’ve been accepted because I have one. Most schools seem to assign ID numbers to applicants, so I just assumed that it didn’t mean anything.</p>
<p>I called Fordham today to see if they had received my transcript, which I had resent (I also faxed it… twice). They have it and my application is “under review” and I was told that I will be hearing from them soon.</p>
<p>I’m really hoping for good news because I like the school and I haven’t heard from the three other schools I applied to yet. I picked 4 schools that I really liked, so if I get accepted to any of them, I will feel soo much better.</p>

<p>@srivera617 no problem! i was trying to figure it out myself, then saw how simple it was haha. i havent heard from fordham or nyu, I’ve been accepted to cornell AEM and UMCP with a full tuition scholarship though… but i want NYC!</p>
