I got accepted and there was a link in the acceptance letter that linked to a financial aid letter.

Waitlisted. Does anyone have any info on how many waitlisted students they normally accept? Or when we can expect to hear back?
My stats-
My GPA is 3.8 unweighted, 4.0 weighted. 6 AP classes over the course of high school. Only 26 composite score on ACT. I think gpa made up for it. Lots of ecs, leadership positions, and I’m pretty sure letters of rec were pretty good. I have good relationships with both teachers. Hope this helps! Good luck everyone!
I got a new message from Fordham talking about metro grant. They gave wat is a metro grant.
–Metro Grant - This grant is awarded and renewable for students who are U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens, who commute continuously from their permanent residence in N.Y.C. or surrounding areas, file the FAFSA annually by the published Fordham deadline, maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress, full-time enrollment and a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0."
just received it right now, but no signs of rejection or acceptance.i checked this morning this wasn’t there. Wat does this mean?

Accepted and given Dean’s Scholarship
I was waitlisted with a GPA of about 3.6 unweighted. 1 AP class junior year (a score of 5), and 4 this year + 1 self study. 31 superscore ACT, 30 raw. Did not submit SAT score. White female from Rhode Island. I was hoping my ACT would offset my lower GPA, but I guess not. Good luck to all!
Waitlisted at Lincoln Center w/ a 3.2 GPA (straight A’s through all of junior/senior year), 9 APs since sophomore year + 28 ACT. Also, if they’re releasing regionally I’m from MD.
@memcg3 I’m sorry to say that at this point, I think you did pretty much already hear back.
In a recent year, 8184 waitlisted, 2607 accepted the waitlist spot, 14 admitted.

They deferred me EA but accepted me RD! Got in with a 32 ACT/3.5 GPA and about half the tuition off
Accepted into Psych with Pre Vet. GPA: 3.4, ACT: 32, EC’s: club and high school volleyball, acapella, animal shelter volunteer, dog therapy volunteer, school paper, peer mentor, sales associate job, etc. Good luck and congratulations everyone <3
