I heard back. deferred
Accepted from NJ
From NYC suburb, accepted. Also for anyone wondering, accepted students don’t hear about financial aid until early February. Good luck to everyone else who’s hearing back!
I’m from Texas, and I just got accepted
accepted from the chicago suburbs!
Accepted from Wisconsin!

3 AP’s
Multiple honor classes
Lots of extracurriculars
@nillawafer_
Also deferred. What are your stats?
My daughter got in (yay). I know it says financial aid isn’t communicated until February, but what about merit aid? We won’t be eligible for need based aid so it’s not like they need to wait until February to process that piece. From what I read here in previous years, it also indicated February notification, but it seemed like those who weren’t getting need based aid and only got merit heard with their admission?
I know someone with a 97 high school average who was just rejected today but my average is a 90 and I was accepted.
jdmazdbacks, your friend was actually rejected? Not deferred? Maybe his/her SAT/ACT was really low?
accepted w full ride colorado! (national hispanic scholar)
Yay, got in with 33 ACT 92.5 unweighted. Does anyone know how you can view your financial aid package or is it not out yet?
We should create a group chat (like groupme) for accepted students!!
4.6, 34 ACT, from CA, and Accepted!! Plus deans scholarship is really gonna help:) congrats everyone
@blacktea @moberry123 where did you guys find your merit scholarship information? I can’t find anything about a merit award (plus financial portal is empty for me) but I’m pretty sure my stats fell in their scholarship range.
@candy9283 Are you an EA applicant? Only ED applicants received Financial Aid info. EA receives financial aid info around Feb 1.
My D applied EA and she received acceptance today Merit scholarship also was advised in same mail
3.8 gpa and 29 act. Are you continuing with your deferral application? I think I will but this is also opening my eyes to some of my other options. I was accepted to Santa Clara University which ranks at 64 as opposed to Fordham’s 132. I applied ED to Fordham but now I’m reconsidering a lot of things
From California, DS deferred to my surprise. Going to continue with RD. Not sure what rankings @nillawafer_ you’re referring to? SCU is regionally ranked in the West. Fordham is 61 nationally and their International Business program is #8 in the nation US News). Don’t get me wrong, SCU is a great school but just curious where you’re rankings come from?
How to check financial packet? I am ea
