I have 2 letters of recommendation, one from an advisor and one from my film professor who I was very close with.

I was accepted to Fordham Rose Hill as a senior in high school but decided to go to University of Pittsburgh instead. I ended up only staying one semester and now I’m taking this semester off. I applied to Lincoln Center as a Film major on March 17th and I haven’t heard anything yet! Good luck everyone (:

Congratulations! I can’t wait to hear back already!

Received my decision today that I got into gabelli. I probably wont be able to attend because of the cost of attendance though.

Wow Fordham is fast, accepted to the b school today. Applied like less than a week ago. Do they even look at the application?

I got accepted today to Lincoln Center! I posted my stats above last night that’s crazy lol

I was accepted today to Rose Hill! I’m guessing we don’t get anything in scholarships?

Hi! I also applied to Fordham rose hill to transfer this fall. How long did it take you guys to hear back after you sent in your application?

@aberry1998 i sent in my application on March 17th and got my acceptance today!

@annadragon Ok, thanks! also, did you get on campus housing?

I don’t know how to check ): I’m planning on living in an apartment off campus though I think

@daniellelsa I doubt it. If we did, I would probably be able to attend but 70,000 is too steep. @aberry1998 I did get housing with my offer

accepted to Rose Hill today!!! anybody going to accept?

@jojowetzz what are your stats and university. also what school did you apply to?

@aberry1998 hey i just wanted to let you know i actually did get housing with my acceptance! i didn’t realize it was on the letter but i just checked again and it says “your offer of admission comes with housing” or something like that

@Dontskipthemoose

Hey!

So i’m kind of an interesting applicant… my stats are on the low end as I have had a unique educational “upbringing”…

Current school: Juilliard (studying dance)
college gpa: 3.63
the majority of my courses are dance technique classes with the exception of a writing course, ethics course, and philosophy course
I’m also dual enrolled at Columbia university taking psychology courses through an exchange program with Juilliard
Also, my letters of rec I know were super super strong… my teachers at Juilli know me on an incredibly profound level, and had substantial stuff to write about regarding my life and work ethic, ect

HS: (be prepared)
GPA: 2.5
I sort of disregarded my high school education because of my intense focus on dance… I should have been homeschooled but my family couldnt do that so it is what it is…
Didnt have any EC’s except dance, and I was also super involved with youth leadership and service with my church
didnt take upper level courses because I didnt have time to do the work

so basically college has been a completely different story, because ive been in the right environment. Leaving Juilliard becuase I need more than just dance. Takes the experience to know.

Applied to:
Fordham
Northeastern
Columbia (for undergrad admission full time)
Davidson College
Kenyon College
University of Maryland
Connecticut College
Dickinson College
Elon University
