How do people think about Fordham ??? Is its business school good ??? And how is its campus ???

Fordham is a wonderful college.

It's Jesuit identity and community stresses magis and cura personalis, a more academically challenging and enriching experience and care for the individual, respectively. It is an open-minded and ethnically diverse community. It's proximity to New York City is a boon, and offers undergraduates of its College of Business Administration plenty of opportunities in terms of internships, and social and cultural activities. Under the leadership of Fr. McShane, Fordham is set on expanding its endowment and rising to meet the rigor and prestige of its peer schools.

If you are a good student looking for a good education, you should certainly look into Fordham.

:)) FU is one of my consideration. I just don't know if its business school is good and how are the students there . I just want a good school and environment.

While Fordham has a burgeoning academic reputation in general, its college of business administration has been highly regarded for years now. It's a great alternative to both ultra-selective business schools like Wharton and generic "business majors" that are a dime a dozen at many state universities. I toured the campus before applying and the students seemed friendly enough but I really don't know much about that. As for the environment, its actually quite impressive. The area around Fordham in the Bronx isn't as bad as one would think, and the campus is beautiful- especially the Walsh library. The college's Catholic affiliation, is something to consider however, particularly if you're not comfortable with religion.

Catholic affiliation is not a matter for me cuz now I'm going to Catholic high school and get used to it.
Is there any difference for an international student to get in to FU ???
Its required SAT is pretty low, so I'm still hesitant about applying:|

The college stands by its Catholic Jesuit identity. That's very important. It isn't as if it's a Notre Dame or a Villanova. Fordham is a Jesuit school.

Fordham is right across from the Botanical Gardens, and it is located in a not-too-bad part of the Bronx.

It's SAT ranges are low, but you may use that as an advantage on your part. Although there are better business schools, such as NYU Stern, Wharton, Sloan, etc., it's environment is unique.

its business school is well ranked if thats what youre wondering. a lot of people that go there from around me are stern rejects, which can be implied to mean that theyre smart kids anyway.

and like kwu said, the jesuit part of the catholic is very important. i go to BC (another jesuit school) and am not really into being catholic at all but the jesuits are really cool guys. i know at least at BC you dont feel the religion pressed on you at all, just expect there to be a lot of catholics.

apply! what can you lose?

lol thanks for advice
I don't get high SAT so I'm looking for schools that require a little low SAT
If you guys say FU is good that'll be my target :)
