<p>My cousin was accepted into the undergrad College of Business Administration. He knows wants to change his college to The College of Arts and Sciences - major in history and declare himself pre-med. How can he go about doing this? Who should he inform, etc. </p>

<p>He should call his counselor to change his college from CBA to the general colleges of Rose Hill or Lincoln Center. However, the dorm situation at LC is a bit tight.</p>
