<p>Probably not for CSUs which use just GPA and test scores to rank applicants. Could for UCs with their holistic reviews.</p>
<p>However, if you go to a school with a foreign language graduation requirement, completing a higher level in high school may let you place into a higher level in college, allowing you to fulfill the requirement with fewer courses in college.</p>
