Foreign Language 103

<p>Upon passing a Foreign Language 103 course (e.g. Spanish 103, French 103, etc.), are you given credit for 6 credits on your transcript or only 4?</p>

<p>Taking 103 fulfills the FL requirement, but you’re only given credit for 4 credits. I just checked my older son’s records. he took Spanish 103.</p>

<p>Are you going to take the placement exam? if so, you may score high enough that if you take a higher level course, you’ll get additional credits after completion.</p>

<p>I probably won’t take the placement exam. I feel more comfortable at the 103 level as foreign language is not my strong suit.</p>

<p>How about EN 103? Since you get credit for EN 101 upon completion, do you end up with 6 credits upon successful completion of EN 103?</p>
