spanish! don't take french it's the worst, I took it and regretttt it

i remember my ex-boyfriend took french at a cc and he loved the class BUT i think spanish would be a way easier class to take. good luck! =]

yea i will be taking spanish 2 then

I took Spanish for 3 years (no AP though) in high school, but I'm an International Studies major so I think I should take another foreign language class anyway to look better on the app. (Plus I wanna learn a new language.)

I'm thinking either Italian, Japanese, or Chinese. Anyone here know how hard these are? I've heard all about how hard Chinese is, but it seems like a really interesting (and increasingly useful) language to know.

well i have heard it is very very difficult.... so totakeke wat do u think how difficult Spansih-2 is ...as compared to French-2 ?

i would take spanish

for totakeke, i would take chinese, but i am a non-fluent native speaker so i'm at more of an advantage

Spanish is a lot easier IMO. Pronunciation is always the same because its phonetic. French has all those silent letters and syllables.

Spanish also has a TON of words that are identical or nearly-identical to English words (in both spelling and definition. Like 'chocolate')

And being in California, you should definitely have plenty of chances to practice your Spanish. :)

yea.... besides i am gonna live here and well seconf language which ppl here speak is spanish in my opinion...so i "have" to take it now as well it is easy....

French sounds cooler, but Spanish was easy for me. :)

I think the most important factor is who is actually teaching the class. Visit www.ratemyprofessors.com and look up the people teaching these classes.

wow man seems to be a good site ....let me check itout
