<p>I'm a transfer and I took Spanish at my last college so the credits transferred over so I was able to be placed into an appropriate level spanish class without taking a placement test.</p>
<p>In high school, however, I also studied Italian and never took a course at the college level (or an equivalent AP test). I was wondering if anyone could help me understand how the foreign language placement tests work for RU because I am getting no answers.</p>
<p>RU Info was really confusing with their response. The info they have [here</a>] is contradictory: it says they administer the tests every friday with no need to RSVP but that seems like a really poor system. There is also a schedule available for all placement tests and it only shows foreign language placement tests on 3 or 4 days.</p>
