I am considering applying to Michigan in the fall. I am hopeful to go to Ross Business, however I know I will not likely be a direct admit. In looking at Ross it appears that a BBA will not require language proficiency in a language other then english. It appears LSA requires language proficiency. I am awful at languages. If I start at LSA and then transfer to Ross sophomore year can I avoid taking foreign language? Any help would be appreciated.
If you are not graduating from LSA, then you don’t need foreign language. Same for those transfered to CoE.
That is what I thought , however I want to make sure they will not force me to take language my first year, before my hopeful acceptance to Ross.
If you were to get accepted to Ross, the language requirement would no longer apply to you… But it’d probably be helpful for you to know more than just English in the long run (in your future business career).
