foreign language requirement

I'm interested in pre-med at some selective or highly selective school.
I'm a junior and I'm taking Spanish 4. Next year I'm thinking about taking AP Bio and Chem, and instead of AP Spanish, I want to do AP Physics C.
Assuming all other requirements are met, If I only take 3 years of Spanish, will it hinder my chances of getting into highly selective universities even if I want to have a career in medicine?
Are there any universities that require 4 years of a foreign language even if the intended major is for science?
