I'm entering this fall as a senior in high school with 1 credit hour of foreign language (which was required to graduate this spring), the required credit for in-state is 1 but I'm looking to apply to colleges out-of-state that says they require 2 for admission. So here's the deal, I took Spanish 1 as a freshman and haven't taken it since, will I be able to take a Beginner's Spanish 2/Intermediate Spanish in the Spring (got soccer in the fall) at a local community college that could be used as a high school credit to let me be able to apply or admitted.

On the surface, it seems like a workable plan. But you should call your target college for confirmation.

I am just hoping that it will work, because I was too stupid to even think about wanting to go to an out-of-state college during my sophomore year.

Check to see what the equivalency between the college courses and high school courses is in your area. In some cases, first semester of college foreign language may be seen as equivalent as second year of high school foreign language.

Definitely contact the school requiring the language. I doubt you will qualify for Spanish 2 at the college because AP counts as Spanish 1 and maybe 2, and is often 5th year in high school.
