Foreign Language Requirements

Can someone link me to the ucla site where it says Foreign Language is a requirement. I already know you need 2 years (for all UC's, 3 recommended), so I am talking about something else. If it even matters, I am majoring in Letters and Science: Biochemistry.

you just need to pass an AP language exam with a 3 or higher, or you need to pass UCLA's placement exam (which you take at orientation). if you score high enough, you pass out of the foreign language requirement. if you dont score high enough, you need to take up to a year of foreign language. (like if you place into spanish 1 you have to take spanish 1, 2 and 3. if you place into 2, you need to take 2 and 3, etc.)
