Many colleges recommend and even require 3 years of foreign language. I took Spanish in 9th and 10th grade and stopped my junior year, not realizing that it would be a scab on my application. I'm wondering if I should take AP Spanish five this year instead of Orchestra (which ive taken for the past 3 years). I'll be able to get an A... i think... Is this a good idea? Will colleges wonder why there was a gap?
