I am a bit panicking as it’s only three days before the priority deadline.
So I am not an international student but neither my parents are permanent residents nor citizens (I am). My parents do not pay the US taxes but they pay foreign tax returns in South Korea. Therefore we do not have a W-2 form or tax return form in English, but we do have it in Korean.
I talked about this to a College Board customer service chat and the service person told me I can submit it as long as I explain my situation in “Special Circumstances” section in CSS. But other international applicants are telling me otherwise.
Do I need to translate it in order to submit it on IDOC? Or can I just submit the Korean form? I don’t know if I would be able to translate all 5-page compact tax form in three days.
