Drats! Based on the title of this thread, I hoped for opinions on which colleges have the harshest winters. Ah well, D thinks snowflakes are pretty and enjoys a good cupcake when offered, so no colleges are off the list based on this index. 
This thread lists colleges with the harshest whiners. Isn’t that close enough?
