Thanks bud.

Sorry this isn’t an opinion on your chances of getting in, but why didn’t you apply to the service academies? I’d say you would have a pretty good chance of getting in, you don’t have to worry about the financial aspect, and you get a great education. It was the best thing I ever did. The money my family put away for college has made my life financially easy, I’ve been to several countries, I have a six figure job lined up four months before graduation with a 2.5 GPA, I spent a year doing real on-the-job training, and the leadership experience I’ve gained is invaluable. It’s probably too late to apply for the class of 2015, but if you don’t get into Harvard, I would seriously consider it.

No disrespect meant at all by this, but I didn’t feel that I would enjoy the service schools. It’s just not something that I ever intended on doing, and while I’m sure the benefits are endless, it just isn’t for me. Best of luck to you.

I agee with 2011M!

Or maybe I’m just nervous?

Well then . . . pleeeease spare us your nervousness. You and 27,229 other students are also nervous. Wait it out man – just 30 more days.

I was seriously down on my luck, and then I got a likely from Cornell. I’m not sure if it is, but I really hope it’s a sign of things to come…any thoughts? Thanks for your supreme patience, everyone.
