Okay so here's what happened:
I'm a sophomore that took the AP Computer Science A exam yesterday.
That was my very first AP exam so I didn't know we had to put an AP exam label on my answer sheet.. I just knew that I had to put my AP number on the top left-hand corner.
I literally JUST found out that we had to put the AP exam label from our multiple choice booklet on our answer sheet today because the proctor for today's AP Calculus exam told me.

Will my AP Computer Science A score be cancelled because of this?
Am I allowed to go to the AP proctor and ask to put it on?
Any advice? I don't know what to do LOL TT__TT

dude you need to contact college board!! your booklet should have their contact info! contact them ASAP @@
idk if it’ll be that much of a problem because (if you remember) you put the form of the booklet and the verification code on your scantron. ~Good luck and count yourself lucky your parents didn’t find out (they probably are korean <<)

There is also a spot for you to bubble in your AP number on the scantron. Did you do this? If you did, you should be ok (that’s what they tell you to do for people who take so many exams that they run out of labels), but I would still recommend contacting them. If you didn’t do that, you have a strong chance of the grading being delayed, but I doubt it would cause them to be cancelled.

LOL I got so nervous just reading your story. Ditto to the above two posters. Good luck.

Blehhhh
LOL I just hope my scores get delayed instead of cancelled… xD
@guineagirl96
It was the AP Exam Label not my AP Number.
AP Number was on the top left-hand corner of the answer sheet and AP Exam Label was on the top right-hand corner of the answer sheet :P

Bump.
Has anyone else been in the same situation as me before? [-O<

The funny thing is that this was the exact same thing that happened to me last year on the same exam. Don’t worry you’re fine :-bd

@DaneBrick
^You have absolutely no idea how much of a sigh I just made after reading your post…
HUFF HUFF HUFF HUFF I CAN BREATHE AGAIN

lol watch u never get your score

gg no re

@Yakisoba
Plez don’t make my joy go back down to zero :’( WAHHH TT__TT

Don’t worry bro, I think what happens is that if you don’t have the label on, then your test gets scored by hand (which is what I’ve gathered so far).

@Yakisoba
Oh yey~
How do you know this stuff tho LOL

Dude!! I did the same thing on Wednesday for calculus AB, Im ■■■■■■■ scared :/

I suppose it shouldn’t be that big of a deal considering the fact that the form number and serial number are gridded in

Doesn’t the proctor usually read it out in the script to put the label on answer sheet? Geh. I hope everything turns out okay with your test!
